On Sunday, a customer received an alert from their Smartrack D-ID system, indicating that their vehicle was moving. This alert was unexpected as the customer was on holiday in Greece, and their car was supposed to be safely parked in an underground car park. Within 20 minutes, thanks to the Smartrack D-ID system we had installed, the Global Telemetrics Repatriations Team and the police were able to locate and secure the vehicle.
